How Can I change My Order After it Has Been Placed On-Line?

As our orders are processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be complex.
Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Sometimes you may need to have your items delivered elsewhere such as a studio or a drop center. This is a tricky situation due to theft and fraud and may need to carefully and verify each request.

Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered). We recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that the address may be wrong with your order. If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred or not even possible. Please contact your Dogpatch Music Sales Consultant for immediate assistance.
