What if there is a problem with my order?

If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call us immediately and our Sales Engineer will  take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. Our dedicated team is here to help so give us a call at (17) 32 959 934.

What is Your Refund Policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within  48 hours of story pick-up or within 72 hours after receiving the order if shipped.

What About Used Products?

For products purchased as "used" that malfunction or fail and that haven't been abused or misused, the sales are final and may not return these items. We can make repairs at no cost if reasonable. Note that Dogpatch Music will only sell used products that are in working and in “good” to “great condition”
